The 2026 Abandoned Angels Cocker Spaniel Rescue Calendar cover features a very special puppy named Ava, who was born with a cleft lip palate and given a poor prognosis.

This calendar is dedicated to Terry, who lovingly helped Ava through her first three days of life, and to her amazing foster mom Maria, who continued her care and ultimately saved her life. Maria provided intensive neonatal support, including tube-feeding her every hour around the clock.

Thanks to this devotion and Ava’s incredible fighting spirit, she survived against all odds. Her miracle journey embodies the true essence of rescue.

All calendar proceeds support the veterinary care of the dogs currently in our rescue, plus countless others like Ava who will pass through our doors in the future.
